Off The Edge and right inside it is where she took me today

We all know she lives on The Edge, and today she took me over it and right inside her forest. But first, a famous blogland landmark,

after which I followed her to her forest, where the space between the trees is magical. Not to mention the trees.

We found the me-tree

and she introduced me to The Tree of Signs.

They are both as magical as each other, I'm sure you'll agree.

And, as I said, so is the space between them.

Magical trees indeed. And the space inbetween.

What is the use of having my state-of-the-art camera if I can't take photos like this? It takes Icemaiden to come all the way from her igloo in the darkest North to reveal the magical places that are all around here.

The signs are right under your nose Signs.

Hello Kahless, I am glad you agree about the trees and the spaces. It's also very observant of you to note the signs matter, regarding their relation to the precise location of Signs' nose. I've been trying to delicately point this out to her, too, but she seems to be either totally oblivious, or then just completely used to having signs situated very close to her nose. I've a feeling it's the latter, Kahless, that you can spot a true Sign Reader from the casual manner in which one reacts to signs sprouting very dangerously close to their faces.

Signs? The signs are right under your nose. How do you cope with it, day in day out? God. Well, all I can say is I'm glad if I've been able to reveal some of the magical places around here, so that you don't have to take on that as well as the, well, signs. Although I think maybe now that we've had a proper little look at the menu on the said state-of-the-art camera, you'll be finding that your photos start knocking the socks off my feeble attempts. Call it a hunch, Signs.

Hey, wait a minute, what is all this about my nose all of a sudden? Well, when you're an experienced sign-reader like me you can actually smell the signs as well as see them. But I'd prefer not to be called STS, so don't even start.

Right, camera. Yeah :)

I'm sorry, but STS is really rather funny. You be careful - the urge to use it may become irresistible. Just saying.
