I hate to say this, but believe it is the custom, so: break a leg.
Thank you, kurt dear heart - I know it sounds naff, but we do say "break a leg", all in earnest. i also avoid naming "The Scottish Play", although I know many people more theatrically trained and experienced than myself, who detest that particular tradition and will say Macb... without flinching. Thank you also for the tag cloud creation address - I'll try it once I have had the time to rearrange my blog into the beta layout - you have to move all your added html by hand, and I have a fair amount as it is.
