I could have danced all night...

I was never one of these little girls who went to ballet. I thought it was because I was so clumsy that my mum never put me in ballet classes, that it was something for the dainty pretty girls.

But I am making back lost time. I am with the Hep Cats. The Hilo Hep Cats. There is nothing better. I shall come out of Hawai'i, knowing how to do the Lindy Hop.

(My friend and teacher Rachel assures me I can still take ballet classes, too, should I want to. Watch this space. Plie, plie…)
